In January 2017 the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Decision on Provision of Subsidy within the operating programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness in relation to project Thermal Insulation of the LOKO building in C-Energy Bohemia s.r.o.  Heat offtake in the building has been much lower thanks to the heat cladding of walls as well as the roof of the building and replacement of doors and windows.
