Libor Doležal
General Manager
Libor joined the power plant in 1997 and worked in several positions such as Commercial and Technical Manager or Development Manager. During his career he processed a broad range of analyses, he was responsible for principal contract negotiations with key plant suppliers and customers and managed various development projects improving plant operational results.
He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Plzeň, where he majored in the field of Heat and Nuclear Machines and Equipment and passed various post gradual studies in general management and marketing at the University of Humberside and with Confederation of British Industry, Great Britain and at the University of Virginia, Darden, USA.
His previous work experience prior to joining C-Energy Bohemia (previously AES Bohemia) included one year with Powergen, a leading power generating company in UK and 12 years with Skoda Praha, an engineering company delivering power projects as turn-key (EPC) contractor in the Czech Republic and abroad where he worked in various positions including the position of Chief Project Engineer. During his career with Skoda Praha he also worked in Soma, Turkey for 2 years as a supervisor at the 165 MW coal fired power plant construction.
Radka Šmehlíková
Commercial and Finance Manager
Radka joined C-Energy Bohemia (previously AES Bohemia) right after obtaining her Master’s Degree in Economy and Management from Mendel University in Brno in 2000. Her main task was to set up trading principles in terms of liberalization of electricity market.
Later she worked at other different positions such as Finacial Controller and Commercial Manager. She also led the Support of Operation team, which was in charge of coal, ash handling and laboratory activities. She has experince in accounting including internal control audits. Currently she is responsible for Financial and Commercial team.
Jaroslav Štěpánek
Operations and Maintenance Manager
Prior to joining C-Energy Bohemia (AES Bohemia) in February 2010, Jaroslav was the Head of assembly department in Tenza, where he managed the maintenance and assembling team which constructed steam pipelines, heat exchanger stations and similar equipment.
Between 1993 and 2005 he ran his own business dealing with realization of investment projects such as high speed turbines technology, designing and building power units and steam boilers reconstruction. He earned his first work experience in Teplárny Brno from 1984 till 1993 where he managed preparation and implementation of turbine and associated equipment maintenance.
Jaroslav has a Master’s Degree in the Faculty of Engineering, Plzeň where he majored in the field of Heat and Nuclear Machines and Equipment.
Ivo Nejdl
Director
Ivo Nejdl is the director of C-Energy Bohemia and a partner in Carpaterra Capital Partners responsible for power engeneering projects. Before joining these two companies Ivo was the manager of PPF Investments in Bucharest and in London and controlled investment projects in Romania. Previously Ivo had worked in Raiffeisen Bank as the main analyst and with Leman Brothers where he was involved in investment banking projects in the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Hungary and Ukraine.
Ivo holds a MBA Degree with a major in Finance and Private Equity from London Business School. He also holds a Master’s Degree from the Prague School of Economics.
