Corporate Structure

The company is headquartered in Planá nad Lužnicí, from which all of C-Energy’s activities are directed. 
Project development is managed from Prague.

C-Energy Group a.s. owns 100% share. The only shareholders of C-Energy Group a.s. are Michal Susak and Ivo Nejdl.
